Most of her displays of strength were seen from her various fights against Ben's alien forms. As the absolute strongest of her species, Looma is considered in a league of her own and is capable of achieving feats that have earned her place as Warlord Gar's strongest warrior.
What separates Looma, however, is that she possesses many physical attributes that far exceed even other Tetramands, a race widely known for their strength. As per usual with Tetramands, she has enhanced, strength, durability, speed, reflexes, agility, and expert combat skills. Looma Red Wind is arguably Ben Tennyson's most physically dominating opponent.
